At Elite Pathways, our story is built on more than performance . We believe in developing people, building confidence, character and connection both on and off the field.

Established in 2025, Elite Pathways was created to help young people grow through football while preparing for successful futures in the sports industry and beyond.

More Than a Game

We believe football is a powerful platform for learning, teamwork, and leadership. Our programme allows students to pursue their football ambitions while gaining the qualifications, confidence, and life skills needed for life after education.

Education Meets Opportunity

Working with VLUK, students study towards a BTEC Level 3 in Sports Coaching and Development. (Other courses are also being looked at in collaboration with VLUK,  so please contact us for enquiries about courses that could suit you)

As a subsidiary of Elite Community Coaching, and in collaboration with The Sports Trust, we provide students with real-world experience across coaching, community sport, event delivery, and sports management—creating genuine pathways into employment within the sports sector.
