START YOUR JOURNEY

Are you passionate about football and ready to take your next step in sport?
At Elite Pathways, we combine football, education, and real-world sports opportunities to help every student reach their full potential — both on and off the pitch.
We’re more than a football programme — we’re a community that grows together. Our aim is to build confident, employable young people ready for life in the sports industry and beyond. Whether you’re an aspiring player, coach, or future leader, you’ll be supported every step of the way to discover your strengths and shape your future.
Based in South East Kent, our academy welcomes male and female players aged 16–19 of all abilities. We believe everyone should have the chance to belong, improve, and succeed. You’ll develop your game through professional coaching, gain valuable qualifications, and experience the teamwork and discipline that prepare you for careers in coaching, community sport, teaching, fitness, and other areas of the sports industry.

Our BTEC Level 3 Sport qualification boasts a 100% pass rate, giving every learner the foundation to progress into higher education or employment within the ever-growing sports sector.
Whether your goal is to play, coach, or study sport at the next level — your journey starts here.

Join us for our Open Training Session on Sunday 8th March and experience what life is like at Elite Pathways Academy. This session is a great opportunity for players to step onto the pitch, train with our coaches, and get a feel for the environment, standards, and style of football we deliver every week.

While the players are training, parents and guardians will have the opportunity to speak with our Sporting Director and Tutor, who will be available to answer questions about the academy, our football program, and the education and career pathways we offer. It’s the perfect chance to learn more about how we support players both on and off the pitch, helping them develop as footballers and as young people.
